The Teen Library Council (TLC) is an advisory board of students in grades 9–12 who meet monthly with the library's Teen Services staff to discuss books, movies, and music and to give input on library issues related to teens. Members of the Teen Library Council commit to attending one meeting per month during the school year as well as reading and attending library programs outside of the meetings. Please read our Teen Library Council Information Guide to see if the Teen Library Council would be a good fit for you.
In order to maximize member involvement and success, new members are accepted to the Teen Library Council every May, and there are limited spots available.
